This quiet top floor of one of the Cluster Villas inside the gated community of "Tobago Plantations Lowland (TPL)" is situated right at the picturesque 18-hole golf course on a peninsula, with view onto Atlantic and onto the laguna on one side and the Golf course and Mangrove forest on the other.

Within the 720 acre eco friendly gated community you find beautiful hiking trails along the golf course with ever changing vistas, boardwalk through the mangroves, swimming pools, the Vanguard with delicious buffets, cultural presentations, pools and bars at the beach with view onto Scarborough.

Some of the islands most striking beaches are just minutes away from the TPL by car, shopping is right across the street from it, restaurants, discos, histroical sights are near by.

TPL is just 15 min. away from the Airport at Crown Point.  Car can be rented at TPL or near the airport (check with owner for economical rental places) or a car can be sent from the Hilton for pick-up at the airport.

Amenities

The 1300 sq ft villa for 4 comes with 2 parking spaces, opens up wide to the balcony with Jacuzzi, lounging area and small breakfast table.  The outside towers contain shower and guest WC in one and washer and dryer in the other.

Living room comes with telephone, stereo receiver, CD player and Cable TV (inc DVD player) with local and international TV stations from US, England, Canada and Germany.

The kitchen with large skylight is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, bar etc.  Each bedroom is air conditioned, has its own Cable TV, radio clock, a walk-in closet and seperate bath.  Maid service available.

Dive Packages

We can arrange your accommodation plus diving package with Tobago Vacation Villa, and have negotiated these special rates, so that you not only save on diving, but also on the accommodation too!  The dive centre is located only five minutes drive away (we provide free diving transfers), and both Vanguard Hotal and the 18 Hole PGA Golf Course are a short walk. The villa is for rent all year round, prices vary depending on high or low season.  The villa is ideal for 4 people, but it is possible to rent just one bedroom (half of the villa) while the other half remains closed.
